Ginger Chicken

Ingredients
  

  • chicken half kg
  • ginger 2 inch piece
  • ginger garlicpaste 2 tsp
  • onion 2
  • pepper powder 1
  • coriander powder 1
  • turmeric powder 1 tsp
  • green chilly 5
  • tomato puree 1 cup
  • cumin seeds 1 tsp
  • curd 1/4 cup
  • red chilly powder 2 tsp
  • coriander leaves 1 cup
  • salt to taste
  • garam masala 1 tsp
  • oil as needed

Instructions
 

  • heat a pan add oil and when its hot add ginger to it
  • sauté it well and then add ginger garlic paste then add onion to it.
  • when its brawn add cumin seeds to it.
  • then add pepper powder to it
  • then add all the remaining powders to it
  • sauté it well and then add tomato puree and curd to it.
  • sauté it well.
  • then add chicken to it and add salt .
  • then close the pan for 5 mint
  • then add little coriander leaves and cook for 10 mint without closing pan. add green chilly to it.
  • then cook for 5 more mint and stir well
  • then add the rest coriander leaves and stir well.
  • ginger chicken is ready
  • transfer to the serving dish
