Channa Tikki

This recipe is good for kids and all. its very healthy and makes good evening snack

Ingredients
  

  • Channa 1/2 cup
  • 1 Finely chopped onion
  • 2 Chopped green chili
  • 1 tsp Chopped garlic
  • Salt as per taste
  • 1/2 tsp Red chili powder
  • 1/2 tsp Garam masala
  • 1/4 tsp Amchur powder
  • 2 tblsp Corn flour
  • 2 tblsp Maida
  • 1 tsp Rice flour
  • Oil for frying

Instructions
 

  • Boil the channa and smash it.
  • Add all ingredients and add some water with channa and mix it well.
  • Make small ball and flat the channa
  • Heat the pan, and put some oil and fry both side
  • Serve with ketchup. Channa Tikki is ready
