Channa Tikki
This recipe is good for kids and all. its very healthy and makes good evening snack

- Channa 1/2 cup
- 1 Finely chopped onion
- 2 Chopped green chili
- 1 tsp Chopped garlic
- Salt as per taste
- 1/2 tsp Red chili powder
- 1/2 tsp Garam masala
- 1/4 tsp Amchur powder
- 2 tblsp Corn flour
- 2 tblsp Maida
- 1 tsp Rice flour
- Oil for frying
Boil the channa and smash it.
Add all ingredients and add some water with channa and mix it well.
Make small ball and flat the channa
Heat the pan, and put some oil and fry both side
Serve with ketchup. Channa Tikki is ready
