Raw Mango Paratha

its yummy and sour and Juicy while eating. this is very rare recipe. but many raw mango fans love this recipe..

Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup Wheat
  • 1/2 Raw mango
  • 1 tsp red chili powder
  • 1/4 tsp Turmeric
  • 1 tsp Jeera
  • Salt as per taste
  • Oil as required

Instructions
 

  • Grated raw mango and keep aside
  • In bowl add wheat and raw mango and all other ingredients and mix it well
  • Add water little and make dough and apply little oil and keep aside
  • Take small ball and roll flat roti
  • Heat the tawa and cook both side and keep aside. cook all other
  • Now its ready to serve with raitha or pickle . Raw mango paratha ready
