Raw Mango Paratha
its yummy and sour and Juicy while eating. this is very rare recipe. but many raw mango fans love this recipe..

- 1 cup Wheat
- 1/2 Raw mango
- 1 tsp red chili powder
- 1/4 tsp Turmeric
- 1 tsp Jeera
- Salt as per taste
- Oil as required
Grated raw mango and keep aside
In bowl add wheat and raw mango and all other ingredients and mix it well
Add water little and make dough and apply little oil and keep aside
Take small ball and roll flat roti
Heat the tawa and cook both side and keep aside. cook all other
Now its ready to serve with raitha or pickle . Raw mango paratha ready
