Boil aloo and peas and mash it
In bowl add wheat and jeera , turmeric salt and oil and make soft dough
In pan add oil and temper jeera and chopped onions and saute
Now add garam masala salt and mix it well
Then add mash potato and Peas and sqeeze lemon and mix it well and allow to cool
Take small ball dough and roll it and keep small amout of stuffing and close it
Now roll in thin flat paratha and keep aside and do balance paratha
Heat tawa and place it cook in medium flame
Turn other side apply oil and cook for 5 mins and place other.
