Urad Dal Jamun
This is quite normal in tamil nadu. We use this recipe instantly when guest comes. This is more soft and good in taste.

Ingredients:
- 200 gm Urad Dal
- 1 cup Sugar
- 1 cup Water
- 1 pinch Soda salt
- 1/6 cup All purpose flour
- 1 tblsp Ghee
- 1 pinch Cardamom powder
- Oil for frying
Soak urad dal for ½ hour and grind in smoothly.
In bowl add urad batter , ghee
Add soda salt and all purpose flour and mix well
In mean time add sugar and water make sugar syrup
Heat oil in pan and put small ball of urad dal mixture.
Drain from oil and allow to cool for 5 mins transfer to sugar syrup
Now its ready to serve. For more taste soak for 30 mins
