Marinate the cleaned prawns with all the ingredients: ginger-garlic paste, turmeric powder, chilly powder, pepper powder, lime juice and required salt. Keep it aside for 15 - 20 minutes.
Heat oil in a fry pan and fry the prawns until it turns golden brown in colour.
Add whole small onions, garlic cloves, curry leaves and fry.
Tasty prawns fry is ready to serve. It goes well with rice, chapati.
