Heat butter in a kadai and add cumin seeds.Saute for 2 minutes.
Add onions and capsicm and saute for a minute.
Grind onions and tomatoes in a mixer.
Add this puree to capsicum mix in the kadai
Add green peas to this and cook for 10 minutes.
Add turmeric powder,coriander powder,chilli powder and ginger garlic paste to this and cook for 2 minutes.
Add paneer cubes to this and stir for 2 minutes.
Add pavbhaji masala to this and boil for a minute.
Add milk cream to this and stir.
Add kasoori methi also to this and stir all together.
Now paneer capsicum masala is ready
