Paneer Capsicm Masala In Punjabi Style

Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup Paneer
  • 1 nos Onion
  • 2 nos Tomato
  • 1 nos Capsicum
  • 2 tsp Salt
  • 1 tsp Kasthuri methi
  • 1 tsp Pavbhaji masala
  • 1 tsp Butterl
  • 1 tsp Cumin seeds
  • 1 tsp Chilli powder
  • 1 tsp Coriander powder
  • 1 tsp Turmeric powder
  • 4 tsp Milk cream

Instructions
 

  • Heat butter in a kadai and add cumin seeds.Saute for 2 minutes.
  • Add onions and capsicm and saute for a minute.
  • Grind onions and tomatoes in a mixer.
  • Add this puree to capsicum mix in the kadai
  • Add green peas to this and cook for 10 minutes.
  • Add turmeric powder,coriander powder,chilli powder and ginger garlic paste to this and cook for 2 minutes.
  • Add paneer cubes to this and stir for 2 minutes.
  • Add pavbhaji masala to this and boil for a minute.
  • Add milk cream to this and stir.
  • Add kasoori methi also to this and stir all together.
  • Now paneer capsicum masala is ready
