Sprouty Peanut Tomato Rice

It is a tasty rice we can make in some parties and functions.it is a healthy rice kids and adults both like very much,

Ingredients
  

  • 1/2 cup Cooked rice
  • 2 tsp Peanuts
  • 1/2 cup Moong bean sprouts
  • 1 tsp Cumin seeds
  • 1 nos Tomato pureed in a mixer
  • 1 tsp Garlic paste
  • 1/4 tsp Pepper powder
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 2 tsp Oil
  • 1 tsp Chilly powder

Instructions
 

  • Heat oil in a kadai, add peanuts.Fry till they start to change color.Then take out keep aside.
  • Reduce flame add cumin seeds,stir fry till golden brown,add chopped onionsand garlic paste and stir for a minute.
  • Add tomato puree this and stir for 2 minutes.
  • Add the sprouts and cook for 3 minutes on low flame.
  • Add salt and pepper powder chilly powder and coriander leaves ,cook till mixture is dry.
  • Add cooked rice to this and mix gently for 1-2 minutes.
  • Now sprouty peanut tomato rice is ready.
