Sprout Cabbage Thoran

- 1 cup Cabbage
- 1 cup Sprouts
- 1 cup Coconut grated
- 1 tsp Cumin seeds
- 1 Onion
- 1 tsp Chilli powder
- 1 tsp Turmeric powder
- 2 tsp Salt
- 1 tsp Mustard
- 2 Red chilly
- 2 tsp Coconut oil
- 1 tsp Mustard
Heat oil in a kadai add mustards,when it splutters add red chilly saute for 2 minutes.
Add cabbage and sprouts to this and saute for 5 minutes.
Grind coconut,cumin seeds,onion and chilli powder in a mixer.
Add this ground mix to cabbage mix add salt and saute for 2 minutes.
Add chilli powder and mix all together.
Now sprouts cabbage thoran is ready.
