Sprout Cabbage Thoran

Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup Cabbage
  • 1 cup Sprouts
  • 1 cup Coconut grated
  • 1 tsp Cumin seeds
  • 1 Onion
  • 1 tsp Chilli powder
  • 1 tsp Turmeric powder
  • 2 tsp Salt
  • 1 tsp Mustard
  • 2 Red chilly
  • 2 tsp Coconut oil
  • 1 tsp Mustard

Instructions
 

  • Heat oil in a kadai add mustards,when it splutters add red chilly saute for 2 minutes.
  • Add cabbage and sprouts to this and saute for 5 minutes.
  • Grind coconut,cumin seeds,onion and chilli powder in a mixer.
  • Add this ground mix to cabbage mix add salt and saute for 2 minutes.
  • Add chilli powder and mix all together.
  • Now sprouts cabbage thoran is ready.
