Special Paneer Peas Pulav

It is a tasty rice dish for launch and dinner.

Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup Basmathi rice
  • 1 cup Green peas
  • 1 cup Paneer
  • 1 tsp Ginger garlic paste
  • 2 tsp Salt
  • 1 tsp Coriander powder
  • 1 tsp Chilli powder
  • 1 tsp Cumin seeds
  • 1 cup Water
  • 1 bunch Coriander
  • 1 tsp Gram masala
  • 1 tsp Ghee
  • 1 tsp Turmeric powder

Instructions
 

  • In a pressure cooker heat ghee and oil and add cumin seeds when it splutters add onions and saute for a minute.
  • Add ginger garlic paste and saute for 2 minutes.
  • Add green peas and capsicm and stir for 2 minutes until it becomes soft.
  • Add chilli powder,turmeric powder and coriander powder saute for 5 minutes.
  • Add paneer pieces and capsicm and saute for 5 minutes.
  • Add washed rice and saute for 2 minutes.
  • Add coriander leaves to this and stir for a minute.
  • Add 1 cup water and salt to this stir all together.
  • Pressure cook for 2 whistle in stove.Allow the steam to escape before opening the lid.
  • Now special paneer peas pulav is ready to serve
  • We can serve hot.
