Ingredients
  

  • 250 gm Nattu kozhi
  • 2 Onions
  • 10 Garlic
  • 1 Green chili
  • 1 tsp Pepper
  • 1 tsp fennel seed
  • Curry leaves small
  • 3 tsp Oil
  • Salt as per taste
  • 1/2 tsp Red chili powder
  • 1/4 tsp Turmeric

Instructions
 

  • For preparing Nattu Kozhi Garlic Pepper Fry, take a pressure cooker and add chicken, red chili and turmeric, little salt and add water and cook for 2 whistles.
  • In a pan add oil and chopped garlic and saute well.
  • Add chopped green chilli, onions and curry leaves and saute well.
  • Add boiled chicken and mix well in low flame.
  • Now add Nattu kozhi rasam (boiled water), mix well and allow to cook.
  • Add crushed pepper and fennel seeds.
  • Allow to cook in low flame for 10 mins
