Vegetable Nuggets

Vegetable Nuggets is very famous . its very different to taste. nice color too.

Ingredients
  

  • 1 Boiled Potato
  • 1 Carrot
  • 1/2 Capsicum
  • 1/4 cup Cabbage
  • 5 Beans
  • 1 inch Ginger
  • 3 Garlic
  • 1 Green Chili
  • 1/2 tsp Red chili
  • 1 tblsp Mayonnaise
  • 1/2 cup Sooji rava
  • Salt as needed
  • Oil for frying

Instructions
 

  • Boil Potato and mash well in bowl.
  • Chop all vegetable and keep aside
  • Crush green chili, ginger, garlic
  • In Bowl add all vegetables and mashed potato and add mayonnaise
  • Add Crush green chili, ginger, garlic and salt
  • Add red chili powder and mix well
  • And make ball and shape as your choice.
  • In sooji(rava) roll it all side by side
  • Heat the oil and put one by one and fry golden color.
  • Now it ready. Serve with Mayionnaise and ketchup
