- fish (mullan) 3 pieces
- chilly powder 3 tsp
- turmeric powder 1tsp
- coconut powder 2 tsp
- cornflour 2 tsp
- curd 1 tsp
- salt as needed
- ginger garlic paste 1 tsp
- oil as needed.
mix the fish with all ingredients.
then keep it for 15 mint.
then heat a pan add oil and fry it.
make the both sides get brawn and cooked well.
wipe off excess oil.
transfer to the serving dish.
