Peas Brinji

Brinji rice is Flavor rice . in that peas is good complement for rice to go well.

Ingredients
  

  • 1 1/2 cups Raw rice
  • 1/2 cup Peas fresh or frozen
  • 1 large Onions
  • 1 tsp Ginger Garlic paste
  • 2 slit Green chili
  • 1 cup Coconut milk
  • 1 cups Water
  • Salt as needed
  • Mint and coriander small
  • 2 tsblps Oil/ ghee
  • All spices Cardamo

Instructions
 

  • In pan add oil / ghee temper all spices
  • Soak rice and fry in pan with oil to drain all water. And aside
  • Add onions and fry up to golden color comes.
  • Add green chili and ginger garlic paste. mix well fry for 2 mins
  • And min and coriander leaves and peas in pan mix well and saute.
  • Add rice and combine all well in pan. and allow to cook for minute .
  • Add coconut milk and and salt stir well. After Add proportion water and mix well. close lid and allow to cook 10 mins in low flame
  • Now Peas Brinji is ready to serve..
