Peas Brinji
Brinji rice is Flavor rice . in that peas is good complement for rice to go well.

- 1 1/2 cups Raw rice
- 1/2 cup Peas fresh or frozen
- 1 large Onions
- 1 tsp Ginger Garlic paste
- 2 slit Green chili
- 1 cup Coconut milk
- 1 cups Water
- Salt as needed
- Mint and coriander small
- 2 tsblps Oil/ ghee
- All spices Cardamo
In pan add oil / ghee temper all spices
Soak rice and fry in pan with oil to drain all water. And aside
Add onions and fry up to golden color comes.
Add green chili and ginger garlic paste. mix well fry for 2 mins
And min and coriander leaves and peas in pan mix well and saute.
Add rice and combine all well in pan. and allow to cook for minute .
Add coconut milk and and salt stir well. After Add proportion water and mix well. close lid and allow to cook 10 mins in low flame
Now Peas Brinji is ready to serve..
