Wash chicken and add salt and steam
Steam for 15 mis and allow to cool
Split the chicken into small pieces
Chop onions, green chili , coriander leaves
In pan add oil and saute onions for few mins
Add green chili and Ginger garlic paste cook for few mins
Add turmeric pepper and salt combine all
Now add chicken and mix well in low flame
In pan add ghee and roast cashew nuts
Add coconut and combine all together in low flame and add roasted cashew nuts
Now garnish with coriander leaves. chicken podimass is ready to serve. it goes well with rasam sadham
