Chop Onions and tomato and keep all ingredients ready.
Soak seeraga sambha and keep aside.
In pressure cooker add oil and temper bay leaf and star anise
Add cloves and cinnamon and cardamom powder
Add chopped onions and cook until soft add green chili
Add ginger garlic paste cook for 2 mins
Add tomato and make sure cook tomato comes soft
Add all powders and salt mix well
Add mushroom and cook for 5 mins and mint and coriander leaves
Add curd cook for 5 mins to combine all mixture well add required water for rice (2:1.5 cups)
Add rice and mix ti well close lid pressure 10 mins
