Ingredients
  

  • Pumpkin large size
  • 5 tblsp Brown sugar
  • 1 cup All purpose flour
  • 1 1/2 cups Milk
  • 1 Egg
  • 2 tsp Vinegar
  • 2 tsp Oil
  • 2 tsp Baking powder
  • 1/2 tsp Baking soda
  • 1/4 tsp Salt
  • 1/2 tsp Cinnamon powder

Instructions
 

  • Boil pumpkin and smash it well and smooth
  • In bowl add milk and oil
  • Now add smash pumpkin in that bowl
  • Add egg and vinegar
  • Mix together with beater and keep aside
  • In other bowl take all purpose flour add baking soda
  • Now add brown sugar and baking powder
  • Add cinnamon powder and salt
  • Combine both mixture together and mix it well like batter
  • Heat the tawa spread oil and one scoop of that pumpkin batter .
  • Close the lid for few min to cook one side and turn it other side
  • Now its ready to eat serve with butter and honey . now pumpkin pancake is ready
