Clean and wash all mint and coriander and curry leaves
Cut onions and tomato roughly and take green chili and ginger and garlic
Boil all vegetable and keep aside
In pan add oil and onions , tomato and green chili and ginger and garlic saute and allow to cool
Take blender add onions and tomato mixture Grind roughly
Add mint coriander and curry leaves together and grind the smoothie paste.
In other pan add oil and add jeera for temper.
Add the paste which we grind and cook till aroma comes
Add turmeric and salt and mix it well
Add boiled vegetables which we boiled before and cook for 5 to 7 mins and off the flame
Noe its ready to serve Mixed Vegetable Mint Gravy.
