Choora Fry
An amazing fish fry that can be served as a snack or side dish with rice. This is easy to prepare and tastes yummy.

- 25o gm Choora meen
- 2 tbsp Chilly powder
- 1/2 tbsp Turmeric powder
- Salt for taste
- Coconut Oil for fry
- 1/2 tbsp Pepper powder
- Vinegar required amount to make paste
Make a smooth paste of chilli powder,Turmeric powder,salt ,papper powder adding required amount of vinegar.
Marinate the fish with above paste,keep it aside for half an hour
Then add oil in frypan ,fry the same,Choora fry ready
