Choora Fry

An amazing fish fry that can be served as a snack or side dish with rice. This is easy to prepare and tastes yummy.

Ingredients
  

  • 25o gm Choora meen
  • 2 tbsp Chilly powder
  • 1/2 tbsp Turmeric powder
  • Salt for taste
  • Coconut Oil for fry
  • 1/2 tbsp Pepper powder
  • Vinegar required amount to make paste

Instructions
 

  • Make a smooth paste of chilli powder,Turmeric powder,salt ,papper powder adding required amount of vinegar.
  • Marinate the fish with above paste,keep it aside for half an hour
  • Then add oil in frypan ,fry the same,Choora fry ready
