100 gm Pumpkin 1 Onion 1 Capsicum 1 Tomato 1/2 cup Curd/ yogurt 1/2 tsp Ginger Garlic paste 1/2 tblsp Tandoori masala 1/4 tsp Red chili powder 1/8 tsp Turmeric powder Lemon half Salt as per taste Tooth pic as needed
Chop the vegetables is square and take all ingredients as side.
Mix the Curd, tandoori masala and red chili powder, salt turmeric together in bowl.
Mix well and sqeeze the lemon
Now add pumpkin and mix it well
Add all other vegetables and mix it well and keep aside for 15 mins.
After marinate take tooth pic arrange the vegetable one by one. refer picture
Arrange all the vegetables in the tooth pic keep aside.
Heat the tawa add oil arrange the stick in that . Toast the vegetable in low flame for 10 mins.
Now take it from tawa and Grill the Vegetables in low flame. this can refer in picture.
Now the yummy Pumpkin Tikka is ready. serve hot with ketchup.
