Spinach Corn Thoran

Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup Spinach/cheera chopped
  • 1/2 cup Grated coconut
  • 1 tsp Oil
  • 1 tsp Mustard
  • 1 tsp Urad dal
  • 1 tsp Cumin seeds
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 4 tsp Cooked corn
  • 1 tsp Chilli powder
  • 1 tsp Turmeric powder

Instructions
 

  • Heat oil in a kadai add mustard seeds.When mustards splutters add red chilli and.saute for 2 minutes.
  • Add chopped and clean spinach to this and saute for 2 minutes.
  • Grind grated coconut ,cumin seeds,onion and chilly in a mixer.
  • Add this ground mix to the pan add salt and mix well together and stir for 2 minutes in slow flame.
  • Add corn and chilli powder to this stir for a minute.
  • Add turmeric powder also and stir until water gets compleatly dried.
  • Now Spinach corn thoran is ready
