Kannada Style Vermicelli Upmavu

Ingredients
  

  • 1 glass Vermicelli
  • 1 tsp Mustard
  • 1 tsp Onion
  • 1 tsp Tomato
  • 1 cup Water
  • 1 tsp Oil
  • 1 tsp Urad dal

Instructions
 

  • Heat oil in a kadai add mustard seeds.When mustard splutters add urad dal saute for 2 minutes.
  • Add onion,curry leaf and green chilly and saute until onion turns brown co lour.
  • Add 2 glass of water and wait until it boils well.
  • Add vermicelli to that and stir for 5 minutes.
  • Stir for 5 minutes until water fully dries up
  • Now vermicelli is ready to serve.
