Sambar Potato Roast

This is a dry preparation with potato. It tastes yummy and a good accompaniment with rice, rotis.

  • 2 tbsp Oil
  • 1 tsp Mustard seeds
  • 1sprin g Curry leaves
  • 2 tbsp Sambar powder
  • 2 tbsp Rice floor
  • 3 medium Potatoes
  • Salt
  • 1 tbsp Ginger garlic paste

Instructions
 

  • Take potatoes and add salt and half of ginger garlic paste and boil. When water completely drain up take from gas and keep aside.
  • Heat a kadai ,add in oil and heat it up. Add mustard seeds .Let it sizzle
  • Add balance ginger garlic paste and sauté for a min
  • Add sambar powder and rice powder . Cook this for a minute. Then add curry leaves.
  • Add in potatoes and toss well with masala.
  • Fry for 5 minutes on a medium flame. Serve with rice as a side dish.
