Sambar Potato Roast
This is a dry preparation with potato. It tastes yummy and a good accompaniment with rice, rotis.

- Ingredients
- 2 tbsp Oil
- 1 tsp Mustard seeds
- 1sprin g Curry leaves
- 2 tbsp Sambar powder
- 2 tbsp Rice floor
- 3 medium Potatoes
- Salt
- 1 tbsp Ginger garlic paste
Take potatoes and add salt and half of ginger garlic paste and boil. When water completely drain up take from gas and keep aside.
Heat a kadai ,add in oil and heat it up. Add mustard seeds .Let it sizzle
Add balance ginger garlic paste and sauté for a min
Add sambar powder and rice powder . Cook this for a minute. Then add curry leaves.
Add in potatoes and toss well with masala.
Fry for 5 minutes on a medium flame. Serve with rice as a side dish.
