Heat oil in a kadai and add ghee , cadamom,cinnamon , bay leaf and crushed chillies.Stir for 2 minutes
Add onions,chopped methi leaves,coriander leaves and tomatoes.Saute for a minute.
Then add ginger garlic paste,curd and turmeric powder stir for 2 minutes.
Add chilli powder and biriyani masala to this.
Add cooked rice to this and stir for a minute.
Add fried onions on the top of rice.
Then add little rice on the top of fried onions.
Heat i spoon ghee in kadai and fry raisins and cashews.
Add on the top of rice.
Now methi pulav is ready to serve.
