Rice Flakes (AVAL) Shake
Shake With Rice flakes, coconut milk, And banana. It Is A traditional , healthy Drink.

- 1/2 cup Rice flakes
- 2 nos Bananas
- 3 glass Coconut milk
- 1/2 tsp Shallots and ginger finely chopped, optional
- 1/4 tsp Cardamom powder
- Sugar as required.
First smash the bananas .
Add sugar ,Shallots , ginger ,Coconut milk and cardamom powder. Mix it well.
Add rice flakes and mix well.
Serve it in glass.
