Pressure cook dal with 3 cups of water.
Now cooked dal is ready.Keep aside.
Cook vegetables like carrot ,potato,elephant foot,beans,carrot,greenpeas with salt for 10 minutes.
Now cooked vegetables are ready.Keep aside.
Heat another kadai and add red chillies,coriander seeds,bengal gram and cumin seeds with 1tsp oil.
Remove from tawa and mix with coconut.Grind to a paste with enough water.Keep aside.
Heat oil in a kadai add mustards.when mustards splutters add red chilly and curry leaf.Keep aside.
When vegetables cooked add the cooked dal and temperinginto a vessel.Add hing powder ,boil for 2 minutes.
Now mixed vegetable coconut sambhar is ready to serve.
