Ingredients
  

  • rava 1cup
  • 1 cup curd
  • 1 tsp mustard
  • 1 tsp kadalaparippu
  • 10 curry leaves
  • 5 chopped green chillies
  • 5 cashew nuts

Instructions
 

  • Fry rava in a kadai
  • Heat oil in a kadai add mustard seeds .When it crackles add bengal gram,curry leaves,cashew nuts.
  • Add this mix to fried rava .
  • Add curd to this mix .
  • Add little water to this .
  • Add little water to this and mix properly.
  • pour batter in idli stands .
  • delicious rave idly is ready to serve.
  • And have to steam for 15 minutes.
  • Now delicious rava idly is ready to serve.
  • Eat with coconut chutney or sambhar.
