Soft Easy Rava Idali
It is a variation of the popular South Indian breakfast item, idli, made with rava. This easy dish is a speciality of the state of Karnataka in India

- rava 1cup
- 1 cup curd
- 1 tsp mustard
- 1 tsp kadalaparippu
- 10 curry leaves
- 5 chopped green chillies
- 5 cashew nuts
Fry rava in a kadai
Heat oil in a kadai add mustard seeds .When it crackles add bengal gram,curry leaves,cashew nuts.
Add this mix to fried rava .
Add curd to this mix .
Add little water to this .
Add little water to this and mix properly.
pour batter in idli stands .
delicious rave idly is ready to serve.
And have to steam for 15 minutes.
Now delicious rava idly is ready to serve.
Eat with coconut chutney or sambhar.
