Easy Wheat Chocolate Brownie

It is a small, rich, chocolate, baked cake-slice, named after its brown color which is made with wheat, rich in fibre. Normally The brownie is a cross between a cake and a cookie in texture.

Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup wheat flour
  • 2 tsp coco powder
  • baking powder 1tsp
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • 1 cup icing sugar
  • 1/4 cup butter

Instructions
 

  • First melt butter and cocopowder.
  • Sieve wheat flour and baking powder together .
  • Keep it aside.
  • Beat an egg with beater.
  • we have to make icing sugar.
  • Make icing sugar by crushing sugar.
  • Add icing sugar to egg mix and beat till it is fluffy.
  • Beat it smoothly.
  • Add little milk to this and beat properly
  • Grease the cake tin and pour this cake batter.
  • Bake at 180degreefor 30 minutes.
  • After that cake has to cut to pieces.
