Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup cow peas vanpayar
  • 1 cup onion chopped
  • 3 Dry red chilli
  • 8 Curry leaves
  • 1 tsp Salt

Instructions
 

  • For preparing the delicious and healthy dish, first cook cow peas in a cooker.
  • When cowpeas is cooked, keep it aside.
  • Heat a kadai and add 1 spoon oil. Add mustard seeds and when the mustard seeds start crackling, we can add onions, red chilly and curry leaves.
  • Mix all together, add salt and stir for 2 minutes.
  • Now the delicious stir fry is ready to serve.
