Ingredients
  

  • Brinjal : 5 nos (small size)
  • Garlic : 1 pod
  • Capsicum : 1 no
  • Tomato : 2 nos
  • Onion : 1 no (chopped)
  • Garam masala : ½ tsp
  • Cumin seeds : ½ tsp
  • Coriander powder : ½ tsp
  • Chilli powder : 1 tsp
  • Cumin powder : 1 tsp
  • Chicken masala : 1 tsp
  • Salt : as reqd
  • Oil : as reqd

Instructions
 

  • Grill the brinjal, capsicum and garlic on direct flame.
  • Remove the black skin and chop the brinjal , capsicum and garlic. Keep aside.
  • In a kadai, heat 2 tbsp oil. Add garam masala and cumin seeds.4) Fry onion till golden and add the brinjal mix. Add tomatoes.
  • Add chilli powder, turmeric, cumin powder, chicken masala and salt.
  • cover and cook the masala.
  • Make it dry and serve hot with chappathi.
