Ingredients
  

  • Dal (sambar dal) : 1 cup (cooked)
  • Spinach : 2 cup (chopped)
  • Bread slices : 4 nos
  • Onion : 1 no (chopped)
  • Dry red chillies : 3 nos (chopped)
  • Green chillies :1 no ( chopped)
  • Garam masala : ½ tsp
  • Turmeric powder : 1 tsp
  • Cumin powder : 1 tsp
  • Besan : 1 cup or as reqd
  • Oil : for deep frying

Instructions
 

  • Cook dal and lightly blend it in a mixer.2) In a large bowl, mix onion, red chillies, green chillies, ginger, cumin powder, turmeric, garam masala, salt, dal and chopped spinach.
  • Mix it well.4) Add the besan and mix again.5) Dip the bread slices in water and squeeze well.6) Add the squeezed out slices into the bowl.7) Now mix all well.8) Make Dumblings out of it.
  • Heat oil in a kadai.
  • Slightly flatten the dumblings with hand and deep fry it in oil.11) Parippu cheera vada is ready.
