Chicken Balls Easy

Ingredients
  

  • Chicken : 100 gm
  • Chilly powder : 1 tsp
  • Jeera powder : 1 tsp
  • Ginger garlic paste : 1 tsp
  • Parsley : few chopped
  • Mint leaves : few chopped
  • Lemon juice : 1 tsp
  • Salt : as needed
  • Oil : to fry

Instructions
 

  • Wash and clean the chicken and make them into small pieces and put it in blender.
  • Transfer the grounded chicken to a bowl.
  • To that add all the other dry ingredients.
  • Add the chopped onions, mint and parsley and the lemon juice.

  • Mix well and make them into small balls.
  • Heat oil in a pan.
  • Fry the balls till done on both sides.
  • Serve hot.
