Ingredients
  

  • Dates (seadless) : 20 nos
  • Grated Coconut : 2 tsp
  • Wheat Flour : 5 tsp
  • Egg : 1
  • Sugar : 3 tsp
  • Salt : a pinch
  • Water : for kneading

  • In a mixer grinder, add dates together with grated coconut, and grind well.

  • Take the wheat flour In a bowl, add egg, salt, sugar and water. Knead well to paste.

  • Make small balls out of date-coconut mix.

  • Dip these on the flour and deep fry.
