Ingredients

Gobi Manchurian : 2 cups (cut into small florets)
For the batter :
Corn flour : 2 tsp
Plain Flour : 4 tsp
Egg: 1 nos
Ginger
Garlic paste : 1 tsp
Pepper Powder : ½ tsp
Chilli Powder : 1 tsp
Water : a little
Salt: to taste
Oil : for frying
Instructions
In a bowl, mix the batter ingredients .Dip cauliflower florets in this and deep fry until golden brown.
Transfer to a pan.
Heat oil in a deep pan, and sauté ginger - garlic for a few seconds.
Add onion and green chilly.Cook until the onion turns light brown.
Increase the flame and add all sauces and vinegar. Lower the flame and allow to simmer for 1 minute.
