Gobi Manchurian - Chinese Starter

Ingredients
  

  • Gobi Manchurian : 2 cups (cut into small florets)

For the batter :

  • Corn flour : 2 tsp
  • Plain Flour : 4 tsp
  • Egg: 1 nos
  • Ginger Garlic paste : 1 tsp
  • Pepper Powder : ½ tsp
  • Chilli Powder : 1 tsp
  • Water : a little
  • Salt: to taste
  • Oil : for frying

Instructions
 

  • In a bowl, mix the batter ingredients .Dip cauliflower florets in this and deep fry until golden brown.
  • Transfer to a pan.
  • Heat oil in a deep pan, and sauté ginger - garlic for a few seconds.
  • Add onion and green chilly.Cook until the onion turns light brown.
  • Increase the flame and add all sauces and vinegar. Lower the flame and allow to simmer for 1 minute.
