- White radish with stem and leaves : 1 no
- Onions finely chopped : 3 nos
- 5 nos Whole red chillies : 4
- Rye : ½ tsp
- Turmeric powder : ½ t sp
- Red chilli powder : 1 tsp
- Jaggery : 1”pc
- 3 tsp Oil : 2
- Salt : to taste
Divide the white radish into half length wise and chop into thin half - moons along with the stem and leaves.

Heat oil in a pan and add rye.
After it splutters add red chillies, chopped onion and sauté till the onion turn translucent and pink in color.

Add the cut radish along with the greens, turmeric and red chilli powder, salt and ¼ cup water and mix well.

Lower the flame, cover and cook for 15 - 20 minutes or till the radish are cooked.
