Ingredients
  

  • White radish with stem and leaves : 1 no
  • Onions finely chopped : 3 nos
  • 5 nos Whole red chillies : 4
  • Rye : ½ tsp
  • Turmeric powder : ½ t sp
  • Red chilli powder : 1 tsp
  • Jaggery : 1”pc
  • 3 tsp Oil : 2
  • Salt : to taste

Instructions
 

  • Divide the white radish into half length wise and chop into thin half - moons along with the stem and leaves.

  • Heat oil in a pan and add rye.
  • After it splutters add red chillies, chopped onion and sauté till the onion turn translucent and pink in color.

  • Add the cut radish along with the greens, turmeric and red chilli powder, salt and ¼ cup water and mix well.

  • Lower the flame, cover and cook for 15 - 20 minutes or till the radish are cooked.
