Ingredients

Rice : 3 cup
Chopped French beans : 100 gm
Carrots cut in thin strips : 2 nos

Spring onions with greens cut in rings : 2

Garlic minced : 3
Light soya sauce : 2 tsp
Freshly ground black pepper : ¼ tsp
Ajinomoto : few
Salt : as reqd
Sesame oil : 3 tsp
Instructions
Wash and boil the rice and keep aside to cool. The rice should be slightly under cooked.
Heat oil in a pan. When the oil is hot add minced garlic and fry till it turns golden brown in color.
Add french beans and carrots and stir fry for a minute.
Add the spring onions and greens and stir fry.
Add salt, pepper and ajinomoto to the vegetables and mix well.
Add cooked rice and light soya sauce and mix well.
Serve hot.
