Add required quantity of water and salt in the wheat flour.
Mix it well.
The wheat flour dough is ready.
Make small balls with the dough.
Spread the balls in round shape as shown in the below pictures (at the time of spreading the balls occasionally apply some wheat flour on it so that it can spread properly).

Heat the Chappathi stone and put the spread dough on it. After 1 - 2 minutes, heat the other side also.
Then put the half baked roti on the flame and heat both side on flame directly as shown in below pictures.

Thava roti (also known as Phulka roti) is ready and can be served with any side dish.
If needed ghee / butter / gingelly oil can also apply on this roti and serve it.
