Delicious & Very Tasty Lemon Jelly Cake
Sweet Lemon Jelly cake
Ingredients
- Egg : 3 nos
- Sugar : 3 tsp
- Salt : a pinch
- Flour : 3 tsp
- Lemon jelly Powder : ½ Packet (can use any other flavor also)
- Ghee / Oil : 1 tsp
Instructions
- Beat the eggs together with sugar.
- Mix well the flour and jelly powder with salt.
- Fold this to the egg-sugar mixture.

- Pour to a deep, oiled, non-stick pan and cook for 10-15 minutes on low flame, lid closed.

- Lemon jelly cake is ready.
