Ingredients
  

  • Egg : 3 nos
  • Sugar : 3 tsp
  • Salt : a pinch
  • Flour : 3 tsp
  • Lemon jelly Powder : ½ Packet (can use any other flavor also)
  • Ghee / Oil : 1 tsp

Instructions
 

  • Beat the eggs together with sugar.
  • Mix well the flour and jelly powder with salt.
  • Fold this to the egg-sugar mixture.

  • Pour to a deep, oiled, non-stick pan and cook for 10-15 minutes on low flame, lid closed.

  • Lemon jelly cake is ready.
