Egg : 3 nos
Sugar : 3 tsp
Salt : a pinch
Flour : 3 tsp
Lemon jelly Powder : ½ Packet (can use any other flavor also)
Ghee / Oil : 1 tsp
Instructions
Beat the eggs together with sugar.
Mix well the flour and jelly powder with salt.
Fold this to the egg-sugar mixture.

Pour to a deep, oiled, non-stick pan and cook for 10-15 minutes on low flame, lid closed.
