Ingredients
  

  • Garlic : 10 nos
  • Ginger : 5 pieces
  • Curry leaves : few
  • 2) Kanthari : 9 nos (or chilly or chilly
  • Salt : as reqd
  • Curd : 1 glass

Instructions
 

  • Crush ginger, garlic, curry leaves, kanthari and salt in a mixer grinder.
  • Add curd to it and make juice.
  • Filter the juice and pour it in a glass and serve them.
