Ingredients
  

  • 2 nos Egg hard boiled
  • 2 nos Onion
  • 1 tbsp Garlic minced
  • 1 tbsp Green Chillies minced
  • 1 tbsp Soya sauce
  • 1 tsp Vinegar
  • 2 tsp Corn Flour
  • 1 tbsp Tomato Sauce
  • 1 tsp Chilli Powder
  • Oil As reqd
  • Salt As reqd

Instructions
 

  • Heat Oil. Fry the onion till translucent.
  • Add garlic and green chillies. Mix well till it gives out a nice aroma.
  • Mix together soya-sauce, chili-powder, vinegar, tomato-sauce and cornflour. Make a paste and add it to the onions.
  • Mix well and form a thick gravy.
  • Add pepper powder.
  • Add eggs to this.
  • :- Serve hot with chappathis or paratha.
