Heat 2 tbsp oil in cooker.
Add onion and fry till its tender.
Add ginger, garlic, green chillies and curry leaves.
Fry for 2 minutes and then reduce the flame.
Add meat masala, turmeric powder, salt and coriander powder.
Stir once and add thoroughly washed pork.
Mix well and add two cups of water.
Bring it to boil and then pressure cook on low flame for 20 minutes.
Heat oil in a kadai and splutter mustard seeds.
Add onion and fry it till its brown in colour.
Add ginger-garlic paste. Stir well.
Add meat masala.
Add cooked pork. Mix well and check for salt.
Add salt if required.
Cook till the gravy becomes thick.
Add pepper powder before removing it from gas.
