Boil water, when it starts bubbling add macaroni and few drops of oil (the macaroni won’t stick with each other if oil is added) and salt needed
Remove from flame when it becomes soft and nicely cooked
Stain the water and wash it with cold water so that the stickiness goes off
Cut carrot and capsicum into small cubes and add to a bowl
To this add the macaroni
Add the mayonnaise sauce, adjust the amount of sauce according to your taste
Add sugar and salt
Mix it well and refrigerate for an hour.
Serve chilled.
Notes
Adding sugar gives a sweet taste which can be skipped if you don’t like.
Cabbage and onion can also be used along with carrot and capsicum.
Other shapes of macaroni are also available which can give restaurant look.
