Vermicelli Banana Pudding

An easy pudding with vermicelli and banana

Ingredients
  

  • 250 gm Vermicelli
  • 1/2 cup Sugar
  • 1 no Banana chopped
  • 2 tbsp Ghee
  • 500 ml Coconut milk

Instructions
 

  • Heat oil in a vessel and sauté vermicelli and sugar till light brown color.
  • Add banana and sauté again for 5 minutes.
  • Add coconut milk and cook it for 10 minutes. Stir continuously.
  • Transfer the contents to a vessel and let it cool.
  • Garnish with pomegranate.
