Sooji
Sugar
as needed
Ghee
as needed

cups
milk
Salt
pinch

Cardamom
Cashew, badam, raisins fried
as needed
Instructions
Add little ghee in a tawa and heat it. Add sooji and fry till it turns brown and keep it aside.
Boil milk. Add sooji to the boiled milk and stir.
Wait till the sooji is cooked and it thickens.
Add sugar, salt and cardamom and stir till the sugar gets dissolved.
Add nuts and serve hot.
