Sooji Payasam (Step By Step Photos)

Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup Sooji
  • Sugar as needed
  • Ghee as needed
  • 4 cups milk
  • Salt pinch
  • 2 Cardamom
  • Cashew, badam, raisins fried as needed

Instructions
 

  • Add little ghee in a tawa and heat it. Add sooji and fry till it turns brown and keep it aside.
  • Boil milk. Add sooji to the boiled milk and stir.
  • Wait till the sooji is cooked and it thickens.
  • Add sugar, salt and cardamom and stir till the sugar gets dissolved.
  • Add nuts and serve hot.
