Shallots
Instructions
Cook green peas in water with salt, chilly powder, turmeric powder and onion.
Heat oil in a vessel and splutter mustard seeds.
Add shallots and sauté again.
Add tomato, green chilly, curry leaves and sauté for 5 minutes.
Mix it with cooked green peas and cook for 3-4 minutes.
