Jeera powder

Pepper powder

Turmeric powder

as needed
Instructions
Cut bindi into desired shape
Add all the mentioned powder along with the salt
Sprinkle water and mix well so that the bindi gets blended. Set aside for 5 minutes
Just before frying add the sesame seeds and mix
Heat oil in a kadai and fry the bindi. Amount of bindi fried will depend the size of the vessels. Do not add all.
Strain the excess oil
Garnish with fried curry leaves
