Cook the green peas in a cooker.
Fry the paneer cubes in a tawa.
Heat 2 tsp of oil in a kadai., Splutter the whole garam masalas like cinnamon, clove and cardamom.
Add in the chopped onions and saute till it starts turning golden brown.
Add tomato and saute till it becomes soft.
Add chilli powder, turmeric powder, coriander powder, garlic and ginger and saute for a few minutes.
Switch off the flame and let it cool. Grind into a smooth paste adding little water.
Heat a little oil in a pan.
Saute the above paste for 3 minutes.
Dry roast the cumin in a small pan and grind it to a powder.
Add boiled green peas, fried paneer cubes, cumin powder and garam masala powder (optional). Mix well.
Garnish with coriander leaves.
