Cashew: 60 Numbers
Sugar: 7 Tsp
Cocoa Powder : 1 Tsp
Fresh Cream: 4 Tsp
Jeera Mitayi: For Rolling
Instructions
Grind Cashew in a Mixer and Divide in to two parts.
CAHEW WHITE CREAM
1.
Mix Fresh Cream And 3 Tsp Sugar with One Part of Cashew Powder
2.
Mix well till a cream is formed.
CASHEW BLACK CREAM
1.
Add little bit of water to cocoa powder to make cocoa paste
2.
Add cocoa paste to the remaining second part of cashew powder.
3.
Add 4 tsp of sugar also.
Make small rounds of cashew white cream (from step 2)
Roll it with cashew black cream (from step 3)
Finally roll it with Jeera Mitayis
Cashew chocolates are ready
