  • 1 lb Fresh Edamame/Green Soya Beans
  • Salt As reqd

Instructions
 

  • For preparing boiled green soya beans/edamame recipe, first cut off the stem end of each pod.
  • Wash edamame well and keep in a bowl.
  • Rub the veggies with little salt.
  • Add enough water to edamame and boil for 3-4 minutes.
  • Drain the water in a colander.
  • Spread the edamame in a flat tray and allow it to cool.
  • Highly nutritious and tasty boiled green soya beans/edamame is ready.
