Instructions
For preparing boiled green soya beans/edamame recipe, first cut off the stem end of each pod.
Wash edamame well and keep in a bowl.
Rub the veggies with little salt.
Add enough water to edamame and boil for 3-4 minutes.
Drain the water in a colander.
Spread the edamame in a flat tray and allow it to cool.
Highly nutritious and tasty boiled green soya beans/edamame is ready.
