Aloo Mooli Sabji

An easy to cook nutritious dish made with potatoes and raddish

Ingredients
  

  • 3 to Raddish
  • 1 no Potato large
  • 3 nos Green chillies cut into small pieces
  • 1/2 - Coriander powder
  • Turmeric powder A pinch
  • Salt As reqd
  • 1/2 of Lemon optional

Instructions
 

  • Dice raddish and potatoes into medium sized pieces and keep it aside. Chop the leaves as well.
  • Take a pan and add one teaspoon oil. Stir in the chopped green chillies and stir.
  • Add turmeric, salt and coriander powder. Add the diced raddish, potatoes and leaves. Saute well. (If required, you can add lemon juice for a better taste).
  • Cover and cook till soft. Serve hot with Rotis/Chapathis or any kind of Indian bread.
